Diagnose and fix computer issues using all means available: Phone, chat, email, and remote access to their computer. Documentation of all calls into the Sales Logix database. Basic networking. Loading and testing of various softwares. Use of the SQL database, and diagnosis of issues. Support included both internal and external users, which includes teachers, administrators, technicians, parents and students. Helped to get software loaded onto their servers. Customer Service oriented calls for operation of software and how-to information. Also basic maintenance of some web based applications and web browser settings. I setup an internal wiki that was used to handle questions and answers for many different issues. Ball Plastics Corporation – November, 1996 – September, 1998 Process Technician – Sidel Blowmolding, B&H Labeler Operator Operated and maintained blow molding and labeler machines. Working in a team based company from startup. Safety/Housekeeping Star-point, and team Sidel trainer.
General Financial Supply – April-November, 1996: Printing Press Operator Operated Printing presses creating financial forms.
Allied Management of Texas – 1992-1996: Flight Data Specialist, Dispatcher See U.S. Air Force for job discription as contractor.
U.S. Air Force – June, 1982: 2 years: Flight Simulator Specialist Flying flight simulator, analyzing problems, reading electronic schematics, and fixing problems. 8 years: Base Operations, Airfield Management, Dispatcher High visibility/high traffic customer service, serving inside and outside customers. Checking and addressing paperwork, and entering data into the computers. Coordinating information with other agencies through computer and multi-line telephones. Disseminating emergency information over various forms of communications equipment. Logging information and forms. Completed periodic inspections of facilities, equipment, and programs. Supervisor and trainer. Maintained Publications, and files. Security Manager: General housekeeping.
Other Qualifications: Excellent knowledge of Operating and maintaining a Windows based PC, both hardware and software. Excellent knowledge and use of all Microsoft Office suite software. Ability to build and maintain computers. Typing 40 to 50 + words a minute. Writing manuals. (See link below) Managing publications. Worked on a printing press. I have some basic accounting and electronics. I am a quick study, and if I don't know it, I go and learn how to do it.

Personal Interests: Ham Radio, Computers, Reading, Bicycling, Hiking, Canoeing, Plants/Gardening, Flying, etc. I enjoy challenges, and learning new things.
